What should we bring with us?You should bring in at least your MODEL NUMBER. If you would like you can also bring your part that you would like to replace.

Where can I find my model number?Usually it is on the machines door frame. It will be a little white sticker that says MD#. Fridge: Inside door frame or on the frame of the fridge. Dryer/Washer: Open the door, look under the lip of the lid or on the door itself. Oven/Stove: Check the door frame or in the bottom drawer.
